I met Reuma and Orit as part of my role as Head of Organizational Development for Electra Group, between 2018-2020. Following a needs analysis process we conducted in house, we concluded there was a need to create a comprehensive and integrative strategic program to reflect the new vision of the HR Division, which will clarify our Employer Value Proposition and clearly communicate the messages we wanted to convey. At this phase we contacted Reuma and Orit, and asked for their support in the change management process.
